Availability: In-Person & Telehealth

Therapy services are offered through both in-person sessions and secure telehealth, depending on your location, needs, and clinical appropriateness.

  • In-person therapy provides a contained, physical setting that some clients find especially grounding.

  • Telehealth therapy offers flexibility and continuity, allowing clients to engage in therapy from their own environment while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Both formats are approached with the same level of care, attention, and clinical responsibility.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a structured and confidential space to explore internal experiences, patterns, and concerns that may feel difficult to address alone.

Clients often seek individual therapy for concerns such as:

  • Anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm

  • Life transitions, identity questions, or periods of uncertainty

  • Sexual concerns, desire issues, or internal conflict around intimacy

  • Difficulty with boundaries, self-trust, or emotional regulation

  • Persistent patterns that have not shifted despite insight or effort

Some clients arrive with a clearly defined concern. Others come with a more general sense that something is not working. Both are appropriate starting points.

Couples & Relationship Therapy

Couples therapy supports partners in understanding relational patterns, restoring emotional safety, and addressing sources of conflict or disconnection.

Common concerns include:

  • Recurring conflict or communication breakdowns

  • Loss of intimacy, desire, or emotional closeness

  • Navigating trust following betrayal or secrecy

Relationship therapy focuses on the dynamic between partners, rather than assigning blame or identifying a single “problem” individual.

Therapeutic Approaches

Therapy may incorporate specialized approaches when clinically appropriate. These approaches are used in service of the therapeutic relationship and tailored to the individual or couple.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT supports clients in identifying and working with patterns of thinking and behavior that contribute to distress. This approach is often helpful for anxiety, emotional regulation, and developing practical strategies for daily life.

Jungian Depth-Oriented Therapy

Depth-oriented therapy attends to underlying emotional patterns, symbolic meaning, and unconscious processes. This approach may be helpful for clients exploring identity, recurring relational themes, existential concerns, or a sense of being “stuck” despite insight.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy addresses concerns related to intimacy, desire, arousal, and sexual identity within an emotional and relational context. The focus is on understanding patterns, reducing shame, and supporting healthier engagement with intimacy—rather than performance or technique.

Clinical Hypnosis

Clinical hypnosis may be used as a therapeutic tool to support deeper access to internal experience, reduce emotional reactivity, and work with entrenched patterns. It is always integrated within therapy and guided by professional judgment.

Not all clients will use these approaches. Therapy is individualized, and no single method is required for meaningful work to occur.
